How Do I Make a Return?Updated a year ago
If you are within 30 days of receiving your order and wish to return it (or a portion thereof), we are glad to help.
Due to the bulky nature of our products however, you're going to need assistance (mostly with shipping) from a real person here at EventStable. That said, we try to make the process as easy as possible.
First, determine if the products you wish to return can be sent back via parcel shipping (FedEx) or freight. Most of the time, the way the order was shipped to you is the way it will be sent back.
📦 For parcel shipments, you just need to make sure you can safely ship the product back in a box.

🚛 For freight shipments, you need to make sure they are ready for shipment with a common carrier.
The shipment will need to be prepared on a shipping pallet and wrapped, like it was when it was delivered. Ideally, you still have the original shipping pallets.
You will have to pick up some plastic shrink wrap to secure the boxes together, and to secure them to the shipping pallet. You can get a roll of shrink wrap at Staples, Walmart, or have one in a day or two if you order from Amazon.
When you have your return shipment all packed up safely and ready to go, contact us and our customer service team will coordinate the truck to pick up your shipment. You'll be given a bill of lading to give the driver upon pickup.
