Does my order qualify for Will Call Pickup?
As long as the event equipment on your order is in stock in our Texas or California warehouse and not already reserved for another customer, it qualifies for Will Call Pickup.

💥 Pro Tips:
Before heading to our warehouse, measure the inside of your vehicle to ensure you have enough room to carry your product. It's important to measure from various positions because as the products are loaded, the point of entry changes. The opening to the back of the vehicle could be quite a bit larger at the bottom of opening than the top. Also be sure that your vehicle can support the weight of the product you will be carrying. Many vehicles are designed with carrying passengers in mind. Even just 10 boxes of plastic folding chairs is heavier than your average car load of teenagers on their way to pick up pizza.
Bring extra hands. We look forward to providing you with the event equipment you need, however we do not always have extra staff on hand to help load customer vehicles. Please be sure to bring someone to help you lift when ordering product that may be too heavy or large for you to load yourself.
Map out the route before you go. Knowing how to get to the warehouse ahead of time will ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment.
What should I do after I receive my order?
We know excitement levels are at an all-time high when you get finally get your hands on a pallet of new Resin Folding Chairs or get a whiff of that pine wood scent from the Farm Tables, but it's important to take a beat for a second. Before leaving our facility, we ask that you inspect all ordered inventory to ensure it is damage free. Upon inspection, you will be asked to sign for the equipment from our warehouse and you are now responsible and liable for any damages that occur.
Need to reschedule?
The unexpected has a tendency to happen when you least expect it. That's the modus operandi of the party rental and event industry, after all. So If you have a kink in your hose on the day of pickup, just give us a call to reschedule.
What if I decide not to pickup my order?
If your order has not been picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, it will be canceled and the the product returned to inventory. We will refund your canceled will call pick up, but a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
