Due to the bulky nature of our products, we consider total shipping time to be split between handling time and transit time.
Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship within 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is currently in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship within 2-3 business days.
👉 Please allow extra handling time for very large orders.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Other processing times that may be longer for certain products are noted on the website.
Most small orders will ship with parcel carriers, like FedEx. Larger orders will be shipped via freight with third-party carriers. Delivery time depends on distance from the warehouse and the freight carrier delivering the shipment.
Eventstable, nor any third-party can guarantee a delivery date.
Take any delivery date given by EventStable or any shipping carrier only as an estimate.

It is highly recommended to order products far in advance of any events to allow adequate processing time and inspection after delivery.
When the shipment leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be assigned and sent to the email used at the time of ordering. Please allow tracking up to 24-hours to become active.
Once active, an estimated delivery date and live tracking updates will be available either online or by calling in.
Although shipping damage is rare, we highly recommend that our customers thoroughly inspect each shipment just after taking delivery.
All boxes should be opened, inspected and pieces counted to ensure a complete delivery. Any damages and or/shortages must be noted at the time of delivery. Damages and/or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to EventStable. You'll be required to submit a Claim Request directly on EvenStable's website.
