What To Do If You Are Missing Items From Your Order (Shortages)Updated 5 months ago
Ordered 100 and only got 99? Not to worry.
Usually item shortages occur for two reasons:
1. The freight carrier lost a pallet
2. We forgot how to count
If a large quantity of items is missing, it's usually because there is a missing pallet out there somewhere.
📍 Note: don't panic. Sometimes if your order is large, or if stock was split between warehouses, your order will ship in multiple shipments. Check your tracking information and compare your packing slip to your order.
If it's obvious to you that you should have another pallet, contact us immediately.
Missing a Few Items
Even with sophisticated warehouse management software, barcode scanning equipment, and another set of eyes, you may rarely be missing items from your order.
If you notice that you are missing items, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment so we can assist with sending replacements.
📷 Photos are taken of all palletized shipments that leave our warehouses. We will compare what you received to what you ordered to determine if we need to file a loss claim with the freight carrier.
