EventStable collects sales tax in many states, but tax-exempt organizations and resellers can easily request exemption. Simply create an account, submit your tax-exempt or resale certificate, and once approved, your account will be updated to remove sales tax on future orders.
At EventStable, we are required to collect sales tax in many states. If your order is subject to sales tax, it will automatically be added at checkout.

How to Apply for Sales Tax Exemption
If you're a tax-exempt organization or purchasing for resale, you can easily have sales tax removed from your orders by following these steps:

Create an EventStable Account:
- If you haven’t already, sign up for an account.

Submit Your Tax-Exempt Document:
- Use our Contact Form to send a scanned copy of your valid tax exemption certificate or resale certificate.
- Subject Line: Include "Request for Sales Tax Exemption."
- Important: If your email doesn’t match your account email, please include your account email in the message.

Account Verification:
- Once we validate your documentation, we’ll update your account.
- Future orders placed while logged into your account will be sales tax exempt.
⚠️ Already Placed Your Order but Need a Tax Refund?
If you've already placed your order and need to have the sales tax refunded due to tax-exempt status:
- Use our Contact Form to submit your request.
- Upload a scanned copy of your valid tax exemption certificate or resale certificate.
- Once verified, we will refund the sales tax to your original payment method.
