How Do I Make a Return?

To return an EventStable order within 30 days, securely pack your items based on the original shipping method—parcel items in boxes and freight items on pallets with shrink wrap. Contact customer service to schedule pickup and receive a Bill of Lading for the driver.

If you're within 30 days of receiving your order and wish to return all or part of it, we're here to help! Due to the bulky nature of many of our products, you'll need assistance—especially with shipping—but we’ll make the process as smooth as possible.


Step 1: Determine Your Return Shipping Method

📦 Parcel Shipments (FedEx, UPS, etc.):

  • If your order was shipped by a parcel carrier, it can likely be returned the same way.
  • Ensure the product is safely packed in a secure box for shipping.
  • Contact us to get started—we’ll help you with your return!

🚛 Freight Shipments:

  • Larger items shipped by freight must be returned the same way.
  • Items must be placed on a shipping pallet and wrapped securely.
  • If you still have the original pallet, reuse it for the return.

Step 2: Preparing Freight Shipments for Return

  1. Repack Items on a Pallet:

    • Stack items securely on a pallet, just like how they were delivered
  1. Secure with Shrink Wrap:

    • Use plastic shrink wrap to tightly bundle the items and attach them to the pallet.
    • You can purchase shrink wrap at Staples, Walmart, or order it online from Amazon.

Step 3: Contact Us to Schedule Pickup

  • Once your return is safely packed and ready, contact our customer service team.
  • We'll coordinate the truck pickup for your return.
  • You’ll receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) to hand to the driver during pickup.
