How Exchanges Work

Exchanges are handled similarly to returns, with a few key differences:

1. No Restocking Fees:

   • We’ll waive the restocking fee for exchanges.

2. Shipping Costs:

   • You’re responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.
   • You’ll also cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

3. Replacement Product Shipping:

   • In most cases, we’ll ship your replacement product after the original item is received at our warehouse.
   • Need it sooner? For special events or tight deadlines, contact us! We may be able to ship your replacement item before the return arrives.

How to Prepare Your Exchange

📦 For Parcel Shipments (FedEx, UPS, etc.):

• Pack your item securely in a box.
• Contact us to begin the exchange process.

🚛 For Freight Shipments:

• Place items on a shipping pallet and secure them with shrink wrap (available at Staples, Walmart, or Amazon).
• If you still have the original pallet, reuse it.

2. Prepare Your Return:

   • Follow our Return Instructions to properly pack and ship the original item.

3. Schedule Pickup:

   • We’ll coordinate the return shipping and provide you with a Bill of Lading for the driver.

4. Receive Your Replacement:

   • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement product.
