How Long Will it Take for My Order to Arrive?
EventStable orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, depending on order size and time of purchase. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method, and customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours.
At EventStable, shipping time is based on two key factors: handling time and transit time.
Handling Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST): Ship within 1–2 business days if items are in stock.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST): Ship within 2–3 business days.
- Large orders: Please allow extra handling time.
⏳ Orders are processed Monday–Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Transit Time
- Small Orders: Shipped via parcel carriers like FedEx.
- Large Orders: Shipped via freight carriers. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.

Important: We are not responsible for event deadlines. Please order well in advance to allow time for processing, delivery, and inspection.
It is highly recommended to order products far in advance of any events to allow adequate processing time and inspection after delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking to become active.
- Live updates and estimated delivery dates are available online or by calling the carrier.
Inspect Your Delivery Immediately
- Open all boxes and inspect products upon delivery.
- Count all pieces to confirm a complete delivery.
- Note any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt.
- Report issues within 24 hours by submitting a Claim Request.
