How to Order from EventStable

Ordering from EventStable is simple and convenient! Whether you're making a quick purchase or need a more personalized shopping experience, we have options to fit your needs.

Step 1: Find the Equipment You Need

Browse our wide selection of chairs, tables, and event equipment in two easy ways:

• Browse by Category: Use the menu on the left side of our site to explore categories and sub-categories. Filter by color, style, or product type to narrow your search.

• Search Bar: Use the search bar at the top right of every page to find specific products quickly.

For customers purchasing large quantities or multiple product types, we offer personalized service through our sales team. You can also build a quote request directly on our website by adding items from product pages or by converting your shopping cart into a quote request. Learn more about requesting a quote here.

Step 2: Add Products to Your Cart or Quote Request

Once you've found the product you need:

• Click "Buy Now" to add items to your shopping cart.

• Take advantage of Quantity Pricing discounts by entering the desired quantity to automatically apply discounts in your cart. Learn more about quantity discounts here.

• For larger or customized orders, click "Add to Quote" to begin a quote request.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

When you're ready, go to the "View Cart" page:

• Click "Continue Shopping" to add more items.

• Click "Proceed to Checkout" for a seamless single-page checkout experience.

Step 4: Enter Billing & Shipping Information

At checkout, log in to your account to access your saved information and earn rewards points through our Rewards Program. New customers will create an account during checkout.

• Enter your billing and shipping addresses.

• Select the best shipping option based on your location. For large orders requiring freight shipping, enter your City, State, and ZIP Code to view shipping options.

• Choose whether the delivery address is residential or commercial for an accurate shipping quote. Learn more about freight shipping here.

Step 5: Choose a Payment Method

We offer several secure payment options:

• Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

• Financing: Pay over time with CreditKey

• ACH Payments and Wire Transfers

Step 6: Review and Submit Your Order

• Double-check your billing, shipping, and payment details.

• Click "Check Out" to place your order.

• You'll receive an order confirmation email with order details and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
