If your EventStable order arrives damaged, inspect the shipment immediately, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photos, and submit a claim within 24 hours using our easy online form.
We know how disappointing it is to wait for your new chairs and tables, only to see forklift punctures or shredded boxes when they arrive. Unfortunately, shipping damage can happen—but don’t worry! We’re here to help you resolve it quickly.
Quick Steps to Handle Damaged Orders (TL;DR):
- Inspect your shipment immediately.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Unpack and inspect everything as soon as possible.
- Take clear photos of any damage.
- File a claim within 24 hours using our Claims Form.
Do Not Refuse Delivery
If you notice damage, do not refuse the shipment. Most shipping damage affects just a few items—not the entire order.
- Sign for the delivery and clearly note any damage on the driver’s paperwork.
- If no signature is required (due to contactless delivery), proceed with inspection and follow the steps below.
Visible Damage at Delivery
- Inspect the shipment upon arrival.
- If you see visible damage, write detailed notes on the delivery paperwork (e.g., “2 boxes torn, possible product damage”).
- This step is critical for us to file a freight claim on your behalf.
