Missing items can happen for a couple of common reasons:
- The freight carrier lost a pallet.
- We made a packing mistake.
Missing a Pallet?
If a large portion of your order is missing, it’s often due to a missing pallet in transit.
📍 Don’t panic! Large orders or split shipments may arrive in multiple deliveries, especially if items ship from different warehouses.
What to Do:
- Check your tracking information for multiple shipments.
- Compare your packing slip with your order details.
- If it’s clear that something is missing, contact us immediately so we can track it down.
Missing a Few Items?
Even with advanced warehouse systems, rare counting errors can happen.

- Inspect your entire shipment as soon as it arrives.
- If any items are missing, contact us within 24 hours so we can quickly send replacements.
📷 Reminder: We take photos of all palletized shipments before they leave our warehouse. This helps us verify what was shipped and determine if we need to file a claim with the carrier.
