What Is Your Return Policy?
EventStable accepts returns on new, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Restocking fees apply (25% for bulk items, 15% for accessories), and return shipping costs are deducted from refunds. Custom and closeout items are non-returnable.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re happy to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted on new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
- Used products or items not in original packaging cannot be returned.
Restocking Fees
Due to the bulky nature of our products, a restocking fee will apply to returned items:
25% Restocking Fee:
- Folding chairs
- Stacking chairs
- Tables
- Flooring & staging
- Dollies & carts
- Furniture, tents, fencing, storage solutions, outdoor products
- Pipe & drape hardware (Note: Drapes are non-returnable)
15% Restocking Fee:
- Accessory items
- Linens
- Umbrellas
- Folding bar stools
Non-Returnable Items
- Closeout products
- Customized goods
- Drape orders
- Special orders
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
