How Do I Track My Order?
EventStable offers multiple ways to track your order: through the shipping confirmation email, the “Track My Order” link on our website, by logging into your account, or by contacting the carrier directly. For large orders, be aware of split shipments and follow proper steps for freight deliveries.
We know how important it is to stay updated on your order, especially when you're preparing for an event. EventStable makes it easy to track your shipment with multiple options to ensure you always know where your order is and when it will arrive.
1. Track Your Order via Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
📦 Here’s what to look for in the email:
- Carrier Name: The shipping company handling your order (e.g., FedEx, Estes).
- Tracking Number (or PRO Number): Usually clickable and takes you directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
⚠️ If the tracking number isn’t clickable:
- It may be because some freight carriers do not provide online tracking.
- In that case, check our Shipping Carrier Contact Information to find the carrier’s phone number and website for tracking updates.
💡 Please Note: Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.
2. Track Your Order on EventStable.com
Can’t find your shipping email? No problem!
- Go to our website and click the “Track My Order” link at the top of the page.
- Enter the following information:
- Order ID Number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Billing Last Name
- Billing ZIP Code or Billing Email Address
- Click Submit to view your order status.
⚠️ If your order doesn’t appear:
- It may not have shipped yet. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us for assistance.
3. Track Your Order by Logging into Your Account
If you created an account during checkout or have an existing EventStable account, you can easily track your order anytime:
- Log in to your account on EventStable.com.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Click on the order you want to track—your tracking number and shipping status will be displayed.
💡 Tip: Logging into your account also allows you to view your full order history, manage your account details, and access past invoices.
Split Shipments
For large orders or orders shipping from multiple warehouses, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
- You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
- Check your shipping confirmation email for details on multiple shipments.
💡 Tip: Compare your packing slip with what has been delivered to verify all items have arrived.

Reminder: How to Accept a Freight Shipment
If your order is being delivered by a freight carrier, please follow these important steps when receiving your delivery:
- Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery paperwork.
- If necessary, file a claim within 24 hours using our Damage Claim Form.
